Finest raw materials for first class trusses
Aluminium is produced almost exclusively from bauxite. The red-brown ore consists of 54% aluminium oxide (alumina) and forms the basis for the production of aluminium.
To produce extremely high-quality aluminum for our Naxpro Truss trusses, we need pure aluminum oxide, which is obtained with the "Bayer process" from bauxite: The finely grounded bauxite will be dissolved at a temperature of about 180 ° C and 7 bar in a sodium hydroxide solution, and thus cleansed of impurities. Then it is then fired in rotary ovens until the sugar-like aluminum oxide remains. Finally, it is melted by an electrolysis process, together with cryolite at about 950 ° C and converted into pure aluminum / primary aluminum. Before the finished aluminum can be further processed into trusses, it is first casted into billets.
Thanks to these advanced and environmentally friendly production methods, we produce our Naxpro Truss trusses exclusively in the high-quality alloys EN-AW 6060 T66 and EN-AW 6082 T6.
Certified manufacture and production
All Naxpro-Truss trusses are created in careful manual work to according to EN 1090 (formerly DIN 4113). This certified aptitude proof verifies our qualification for the welding of aluminum structures and gives you the assurance that our trusses are designed by experienced and certified welding-skilled workers.

STATICS
All Naxpro-Truss truss systems are statically calculated and thus ensure even before the planning for a maximum transparency of possible loads. INDUSTRY STANDARD
The production of Naxpro-Truss trusses is under the steady control of a strict quality assurance. The heart of the production is the welding technique, which contributes substantially to the stability and security of a truss system. Therefore all welding workers fulfil the highest standards and craft the Naxpro-Truss systems according to EN 1090 (formerly DIN 4113), the certified aptitude proof that verifies our qualification for the welding of aluminum.
TÜV
In addition to the regular review of the production, the TÜV SÜD AG tested the safety of individual truss systems. Except the statics for certain systems / products, a TÜV SÜD calculated static testing is available.
Environmentally friendly and recyclable
All Naxpro Truss aluminum trusses are 100% recyclable! Aluminum can be recycled indefinitely without any loss of quality.
For the recycling process of aluminum less than one tenth of the energy is needed, than which is required for the production of primary aluminum. Thus, the recycling of aluminum is far more environmentally friendly and more economical than other materials such as iron or steel. The so called melting aluminum is a recycled commodity that is in no way inferior to primary aluminum.
